Mega Beedrill's Debut!

Hey everybody! It's Pokemon Kid here and I'll bee (get it?) showing Mega Beedrill and what it is useful for.

Beedrill evolves from Kakuna and Mega Evolves into Mega Beedrill. The poison it creates from its 2 legs and 2 arms works immediately. But the poison it gives off from its tail reacts slowly. Beedrill jabs its legs and arms to keep its prey or opponent from escaping, and uses its tail for its final attack.

The speed and attack are much higher with the Mega Evolution effect.

The Mega Evolution effect raises the speed and attack stats much higher. It has an ability called Adaptability. Adaptability raises the power of the user if it is against a Pokemon of the same type (grass/poison types for this Pokemon) from the usual strength of 150% to 200%. Add this Pokemon's strong attack stat and its powerful ability, Adaptability, and you'll be sure of dealing massive damage!

P.S. LOOK OUT FOR MY NEXT BLOG POSTS WITH THE LEGENDARY POKEMON, LATIAS AND LATIOS, ALONG WITH THEIR MEGA EVOLUTION!

Mega Pidgeot arrives!

You have obviously been waiting for a new Mega-Evolved Pokemon! Here I have written about Mega Pidgeot. Here I have researched the facts.

Pidgeot is the final evolved form of Pidgey and evolves into Mega Pidgeot. The gusts it creates with its sturdy and greatly developed wings are powerful enough to smash the biggest, sturdiest trees.

Once it Mega Evolves, its special attack raises much higher. Use its speedy speed stat and with this ability, you can defeat opponents easily in no time flat! Its No Guard ability means that an attack will always be a direct hit. It also means that an opponent's attack will not effect this Pokemon -- even moves like psychic and telekinesis. You should not worry because no matter what, you'll be sure of dealing damage. I hope these facts were helpful! By the way, look out for my next post starring Mega Beedrill!

Mega Rayquaza!

Rayquaza (ray-kwa-za) is one of three legendary Pokemon of the Hoenn region. Rayquaza is known as the ''Sky High Pokemon.'' Rayquaza was good enough, but we have now finally discovered its Mega-Evolved form! It is told that Rayquaza is mysteriously connected to Mega Evolution. Legends state that Rayquaza has achieved a unique way to Mega-Evolve, unlike other Pokemon because of its unique biology. What kind of unusual method does Rayquaza use to Mega-Evolve? What is the mystery of Mega Evolution? All will become reality in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire!
Please read on...

Rayquaza is different because its attack and special attack have arisen. Once it Mega-Evolves, almost all of its stats rise, including its attack strength, which causes it to gain overwhelming power!
Please keep reading. Thanks for staying with me this long!

Delta Stream is an ability only Rayquaza is able to possess. It causes mysterious strong winds to fill the air and affect the weather. These strong winds cannot be weakened. Very few Pokemon are able to weaken the mysterious wind. Thanks for reading!

The Heart Diamond that keeps the land in balance is beginning to fall apart! Diance cannot create a new one because it isn't yet powerful enough. While Diance seeks help from the Legendary Pokemon Xerneas, a group of thieves appear who want to control Diance's diamond-producing power, as well as awaken the Legendary Pokemon Yveltal from its cocoon in process! Can our heroes help Diance discover its true strength, stop Yveltal's rampage, and save the diamond domain? Stay tuned with me for more information on everything about Pokemon!

What are Your Favorite Pokemon cards?

I have lots of cards, as I'm sure you might have, but what are your favorites? Here is a picture of four faves of mine. These specific cards are in my favorites collection because three are rare and one is a single ultra-rare Pokemon Fan Club card. The cards below are Victini, Blaziken, Tornadus and Pokemon Fan Club. I love them!

Are you new to Pokemon?

This blog post is all you need to know about Pokemon.

Welcome to the world of Pokemon!
1. What are Pokemon?
Pokemon are fantasy creatures that live in a fantasy world called the Pokemon World. ''Pokemon'' is short for ''Pocket Monsters'' Some Pokemon would like to be around someone called a Pokemon Trainer, while some would rather live in the wild. If you would like to get started on your "Pokemon journey,'' watch ''I Choose You!'' It's the first episode of Pokemon. Watch it on Netflix.
2. Getting to know the Pokemon trading-card game
If you're new to the Pokemon trading-card game, you should go to a local Target and buy a Pokemon elite Trainer Box, or go online and buy a Pokemon Booster Box, but these products are expensive. An Elite Trainer Box is a range between $24.49 to $39.99, And a booster box is $89.39 to $99.99. An elite trainer box contains 125 cards, 6 damage counter dice, 2 acrylic condition markers, A competition-legal coin-flip die, players guide, 65 card sleeves and 4 dividers. How to tell the rarity of Pokemon card

Here are the cards that show the three kinds of rarities.
Are you wondering what a Pokemon card's rarity is? Well, now you know! Look at the bottom right corner of your card. Do you see a small shape, which will either be a circle, a diamond or a star? What does that stand for? A circle stands for a common card, which, for example would be Scraggy ( XY Flashfire 58/106). A diamond is an uncommon card, which, for example, is Mr. Mime ( XY 91/106). Then finally, rare. For example one rare card would be Unfezant (Boundaries Crossed 125/149).

That's all for today, folks!

Battling and Collecting

Are you just starting to collect or starting to battle? Well, first I'll tell you some tips and fact about battling and collecting.
The point of collecting is to find valuable cards by buying rare and ultra rare cards online, and by buying booster boxes. Buy more expensive ones if you can, because more people will compliment on it and you might get a really good trading deal. For example: say you had Genesect EX (Plasma Blast 11/101)
and someone wanted to trade their Palkia EX (Plasma Blast 66/101).
Let's move on to battling. Have a deck of 60 cards including: 20 trainer cards, 20 Pokemon, and 20 energies. To battle, first you draw 7 cards. You may reveal a basic Pokemon and choose it as your active Pokemon. If you reveal any other basic Pokemon, put them on your bench. You need energies to attack, and in a each turn a player takes, they'd usually attach an energy unless they didn't have any. You can only attach one energy to one Pokemon each turn, so choose wisely. Use trainer cards to help you along the way. They'll especially help you at the end of the game. Finally, the most simple step: draw a card from the top of your deck. Keep drawing cards, attaching energies and using trainer cards, and you're sure to win battles!

Thanks for reading!
By the way, about trading -- you'll want to read my rarity blog post.
